Galaxy School of Magic is a structured magic education program offering hands-on classes for children and adults. Students learn real magic techniques, performance skills, and confidence-building presentation in a supportive, fun environment.

 All classes are personally taught by professional magician Brian Ballard. With decades of performing and teaching experience, Brian focuses on helping students build confidence, creativity, and strong performance skills in a fun, supportive environment. 

Classes are held on Saturdays at a rented facility in Irvine, near the Woodbridge area. The exact location and directions are provided after registration.

Each class session is approximately 6 hours long and designed as an immersive experience rather than a short lesson.

Each enrollment includes two Saturday sessions for the same tuition price. Both sessions build on each other.

Yes. Lunch is included for all students as part of the class experience. A dedicated lunch break is built into the schedule so students can relax and recharge before continuing. Parents will receive additional details regarding lunch and dietary considerations prior to class.

Children’s classes are designed for students approximately ages 8–14. Age ranges may vary slightly depending on the class and student readiness.

Yes. Parent participation is strongly encouraged and included at no additional cost. Parents attend alongside their child to support learning, understand the magic being taught, and help reinforce practice at home.

No prior magic experience is required. Parents are welcome to learn along with their child, but their main role is encouragement and support.

Classes are intentionally kept small to allow for personalized instruction:

Yes. All effects and props are carefully selected and supervised. There are no dangerous materials, fire, or risky stunts used in class.

Yes. Galaxy School of Magic offers adult-only classes for beginners and enthusiasts who want to learn magic in a relaxed, supportive environment.

No experience is required. Adult classes are beginner-friendly and focus on practical magic students can confidently perform.

Because classes are small and structured, makeup sessions are generally not available. Please review the schedule carefully before registering.
